The usage and installation method of metal hose joints:
(1) Assemble the sub connector first;
(2) Align the claw on the joint with the open slot on the limit ring, then rotate the claw clockwise into the hidden slot, and then slide the block forward to secure it in the open slot;
(3) When disassembling the female connector and the sub connector, first pull the block backwards, pull the block away from the open slot, then rotate the sub connector counterclockwise, unscrew the claw from the hidden slot to the open slot, and pull the sub connector outwards.
Compared with existing technology, this installation advantage lies in aligning the claws on the sub joint with the open groove on the limiting ring, then rotating the claws clockwise into the hidden groove, and then sliding the block forward to clamp the block into the open groove. The female joint and sub joint can be clamped together, and the clamping and disassembly are very convenient. The outer peripheral surface of the fitting end has a circular sealing groove with a rubber ring inside, which can ensure the sealing effect after clamping.
Detailed installation steps for metal hose fittings:
(1) When connecting the female joint with the pre joint, assemble the pre joint first, insert the rubber ring into the sealing groove of the fitting end, and connect the card block to the outer wall of the pre joint next to the card claw, and pull it back;

(3) When disassembling the female connector and the pre connector, first pull the block backwards, pull the block away from the open slot, then rotate the pre connector counterclockwise, unscrew the claw from the hidden slot to the open slot, and pull the pre connector outward to separate the female connector from the pre connector.
